All backend infrastructure is hosted on AWS (ap-south-1, Mumbai). We use HTTPS for all data in transit. We do not store any personally identifiable information. Anonymised analytics data is retained as per Google Analytics default retention settings.

We use only analytics cookies (via Google Analytics). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; the platform will still function but analytics will not be recorded.
Children's Privacy
lotu.in is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect any information from persons under 18. If you believe a minor has used the platform, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
